  • Q: Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    A: You can choose to participate in the different Section 8 Programs but are not required.
  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes, we hold all the required licenses and credentials to property manage in Arizona.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes, Our regular hours are M - F 8AM - 6PM however we are available 24/7 for emergencies. We can be reached via e-mail, text or telephone from Property Management Question at 602.574.2584.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Owner distributions are made monthly directly into a bank account of owner's choosing.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: Owners are welcome to review lease and associated addendum and most paperwork (some tenant information is confidential and will not be shared) is available to owners at their request however once the property management agreement is signed we will sign leases on your behalf.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: We do sell real estate and are happy to help. However, if you are referred to United Real Estate Property Management and you choose to sell your property we will refer you back to your original agent. We always will preserve that relationship.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Owner distributions are made on the 10th monthly, or the next business day if the 10th is a weekend or holiday.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: Rent collection is handled in a number of ways depending on the specific situation from collection calls through eviction and attorney involvement.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: Usually 12 month leases.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Typically an amount up to one month rent, but depending on situation we may sometimes request up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: We can start managing your property within the week, once agreement is signed.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We manage everything from Long Term Rentals, Short Term or Vacation Rentals and Private Residence Owner Management. Type of properties include Single Family Residences to Multi-unit Apartment Complexes.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: Reports are available on the portal at owners request. Monthly we send out an owners statement and annually a full report and 1099 for tax purposes. Reports are available at any time at owner's request.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: Unite Real Estate Success holds all tenants' deposits in its trust account as specified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate rules.
